If you ask Gin what’s most important to him, he can sum it up in three points. Family always comes first, followed closely by his love of property, and thirdly by his intrinsic desire to help his local community members get on the property ladder. The fact that helping his peers with their property goals encompasses all three of these loves is not lost on Gin - guiding families on their real estate journey now, in order to aid their future plans and investment goals in the years to come, is the reason he got into property in the first place.
A South Auckland local, Gin grew up here and would never call anywhere else home. He has a strong family and friend base here and is now proudly bringing up his own family in the area so that they too can experience and benefit from the sense of belonging and community that only South Auckland can offer.
